Abstract:  This pamphlet is a proposal for funding for a community media resource unit. It briefly describes the past projects of Communitas, Inc. in providing media services to community groups including the Community Media Coop and the East Inner City Media Project. The latter project used VTR equipment in the Boyle Street area. The proposal is for an eight person team and media equipment. The proposed budget is included. There is no description of the response to the proposal.
